Basic Numeracy (level 5)

This six-week Numeracy taster course (SCQF Level 5) is a non-accredited course (i.e., there is no formal award or qualification to be gained) therefore there are no entry requirements. The course is an ideal introduction for anyone wishing to pursue their Numeracy further and gain entry to accredited mathematics courses, such as the SQA Qualification National 5 Mathematics.
This six-week Numeracy taster course (SCQF Level 5) is a non-accredited course (i.e., there is no formal award or qualification to be gained) therefore there are no entry requirements.
The course consists of two booklets which should take approximately three weeks each to complete. There is a short assessment on completion of each booklet. Tutor feedback is provided on each assignment. Work through the materials at your own pace, you do not necessarily have to complete all questions, a selection from each exercise would be sufficient. Enough to show that you understand each topic.
